摘要
流动度、容重、抗压强度是气泡轻质土物理力学性能的主要影响指标.研究结果表明:随着发泡剂含量的增加,气泡轻质土的流动度增大,当气泡含量大于2%时,发泡剂含量对流动度的影响较小;发泡剂含量对气泡轻质土的容重和抗压强度影响显著,随着发泡剂含量增加,单位体积内混合料含量减少,结构不稳定性增大,导致其容重和抗压强度快速降低.相同围压时,随着气泡含量的减小,气泡轻质土的破坏峰值逐渐增大,曲线开始由硬化型向软化型转化.研究结果不仅有助于确定发泡剂对其物理力学特性的影响,而且为工程应用的结构设计提供可行的参考依据.
The fluidity,the unit weight and the compression strength are the main factors affecting the physical and mechanical parameters of the foamed cement banking. It shows that with the increase of the content of foaming agent,the fluidity increases. When the bubble is more than 2%,the fluidity increases slowly. The content of foaming agent had a significant effect on the unit weight and compressive strength. With the increase of foaming agent content,the content of raw materials in unit volume decreases and the structural instability increases,which results that unit weight and compressive strength reduce quickly. The sample with the same confining pressure is from the softening to the hardening type as the foam reduces and the maximum strength is increasing. The research results not only can help to determine the influence of blowing agent on the physical and mechanical properties,but also provide a reference for the structure design of engineering application.
