摘要
变电站直流系统的主要组成是蓄电池,其的工作状况直接关系着变电站的安全。提出了一种基于网络监测的变电站直流系统蓄电池远程充放电控制的设计策略,重点介绍了系统硬件、功能、软件系统主要界面等,改变传统的充放电方法,增加蓄电池在线监控装置。在充放电过程中监测手段不足方面得到了有效的改善,使得电池组的运行情况得到了实时精确地在线监测。通过系统电路的构建设计,全面地采集到并远程监控到了变电站直流电源系统充电机电压、电流、内阻等特性参数和直流设备的运行状况,且能对异常信号进行报警信息。本系统的研究和开发具有较强的实践意义,大幅降低了生产维护的成本,为智能化、高效化变电站的建立提供保障。
The main component of the substation DC system is the battery,and its working condition is directly related to the safety of the substation.A design strategy for remote charging and discharging control of substation DC system is proposed based on network monitoring.It focuses on the system hardware,functions,software system main interface,etc.the traditional charging and discharging method is changed,and the battery online monitoring device is increased.The lack of monitoring means during the discharge process has been effectively improved,so that the operation of the battery pack is accurately monitored online in real time.Through the construction and design of the system circuit,the characteristic parameters such as voltage,current and internal resistance of the substation DC power system charger and the operating conditions of the DC equipment are comprehensively collected and remotely monitored,and alarm information can be given to the abnormal signal.The research and development of this system has a strong practical significance,which greatly reduces the cost of production and maintenance,and provides guarantee for the establishment of intelligent and efficient substation.
