摘要
在分析循环冷却水在线监控装置的主要功能及技术工艺方案的基础上,利用监控装置的在线监测数据和运行效果,确定循环冷却水监控装置经济技术评价指标,建立了基于模糊综合评价法的经济评价模型,并分析了循环冷却水在线监控装置的经济性。结果表明:该新型在线监控装置节能效果明显,经济评价模型能够客观地评价设备运行效果,合理地反映设备的节能情况。
The main functions and technological processes of intelligent monitoring equipment for circulating cooling water are analysed.Based on on-line monitoring data and operation of the monitoring devices,the economic and technological evaluation indicators of the devices are identified,and the economic evaluation model is established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The economy of intelligent monitoring of circulating cooling water equipment is discussed and analysed.The result shows that energy-saving effect of the intelligent monitoring device is obvious.The economic evaluation model established can objectively evaluate the equipment operation and reflect the situation of energy-saving equipment reasonably.
