摘要
烟气脱硫是绿色、清洁烧结作业中一项重要的工序,脱硫塔有效使用时间直接影响烧结矿产量,而影响脱硫塔脱硫效率的主要因素是烟气压力的稳定和波纹板除雾器的畅通。舞钢烧结作业区通过科学分析和生产实践,探寻到了使浆液循环稳定和石膏生成反应较为彻底的生产条件:烟气压力在-20^-10 kPa左右,烧结料层厚度在840 mm左右,浆液pH维持在6.7左右,将获得适当的烟气动能和良好的石膏生成条件,并可显著提高脱硫塔的脱硫效率。
Flue gas desulfurization is an important process in green and clean sintering operation,the effective service time of desulfurization tower directly affects the output of sinter,while the main factors affecting the desulfurization efficiency of desulfurization tower are the stability of flue gas pressure and the smooth flow of corrugated plate demister.Through scientific analysis and production practice of Wuyang Steel sintering operation area,a production condition that makes the slurry circulation stable and the gypsum formation reaction complete is found.The results show that the pressure of the flue gas is about-20^-10 kPa,the thickness of the sintering layer is about 840 mm,and the pH of the slurry is maintained at about 6.7,under which the suitable aerodynamic energy of flue gas and good gypsum formation conditions are obtained,and the desulfurization efficiency of the desulfurization tower is improved significantly.
