Clinical efficacy of 1440 nm and 1927 nm fractional laser combined with NCTF~?135HA in the treatment of facial photoaging

摘要 目的观察采用1440 nm及1927 nm点阵激光联合NCTF■~135HA涂抹治疗面部光老化的临床疗效。方法对20例Fitzpatrick皮肤分型Ⅱ~Ⅳ型的求美者采用不同方法治疗全面部光老化,共分4组,每组5例。A组为单纯涂抹NCTF■~135HA治疗;B组为单纯用1440 nm点阵激光治疗;C组为单纯用1927 nm点阵激光治疗;D组为上述3种治疗方式三者联合应用。通过皮肤Visia及Antera 3D检测来评估疗效,并记录不良反应。结果本组共20例求美者。治疗后随访3个月,19例治疗效果较好,1例黄褐斑加重;Visia及Antera 3D检测均显示,A组求美者的斑点、皱纹、纹理、毛孔稍减轻,与治疗前比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组求美者的皱纹及毛孔较治疗前改善;C组求美者的斑点、毛孔及纹理均较治疗前改善;D组求美者的斑点、皱纹、毛孔、纹理均较治疗前明显改善,且与其他3组比较,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用1440 nm及1927 nm点阵激光联合NCTF■~135HA涂抹治疗面部光老化,安全有效。 Objective To observe the efficacy of 1440 nm and 1927 nm fractional laser combined with NCTF■~135 HA in the treatment of facial photoaging. Methods For 20 patients with Fitzpatrick skin type Ⅱ to Ⅳ, different treatment strategies were applied.All patients were divided into 4 groups with 5 cases in each group. Group A was treated with NCTF■~135 HA alone. Group B was treated by1440 nm fractional laser alone. Group C was treated by 1927 nm fractional laser alone. Group D was treated by all three methods. The efficacy was evaluated by the visia and Antera 3 D image systems. Adverse reactions were recorded. Results All patients were followed up for3 months after treatment. Nineteen patients had good treatment results, but 1 case of chloasma was aggravated. Both the Visia image system and Antera 3 D showed that spots, wrinkles, texture, and pores in group A were slightly lightened. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Wrinkles and pores in group B were improved. Spots, pores, and texture were improved in group C. Spots, wrinkles, pores,and texture were significantly improved in group D. Compared to the other three groups, the difference in group D showed statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of 1440 nm and 1927 nm fractional laser combined with NCTF■~135 HA was safe and effective in the treatment of facial photoaging.
