摘要
失眠是一种以睡眠障碍为主的主观体验,发病人群广泛,其发病率正呈逐年增高趋势,严重影响患者生活与工作。针灸治疗失眠方法众多,如普通针刺、艾灸、头针、拔罐、穴位埋线、刺血疗法等,均取得不同的程度的疗效。文章主要通过总结近5年来针灸治疗失眠临床应用较多的治疗方法,总结了针灸治疗失眠的优势及不足,以期引起同行的重视,促进针灸治疗失眠研究的进一步发展。
Insomnia is a subjective experience mainly caused by sleep disorder. The incidence of insomnia is increasing year by year among a wide range of people, which seriously affects patients’ life and work. There are many methods of acupuncture for insomnia, such as ordinary acupuncture, moxibustion, scalp acupuncture, cupping, catgut embedding at acupoints, blood pricking therapy and so on. The methods can achieve different degrees of efficacy. This article summarizes the clinical application of acupuncture for insomnia in the past five years, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of acupuncture for insomnia, so as to attract the attention of colleagues and promote the further development of the research on acupuncture for insomnia.
