摘要
干细胞是一类具有自我复制能力和分化潜能的多功能细胞,这使得干细胞在医疗上的应用成为一种新颖而且有效的治疗方向。作为一种辅助治疗手段,稳态磁场可以影响牙髓干细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞、神经干细胞的增殖、迁移、分化和矿化等生理过程,有利于受损细胞的再生和受损组织的修复。磁靶向技术在干细胞中的应用研究进一步促进了稳态磁场在再生医学领域中的广泛应用,将干细胞有效地传递到靶部位,促进干细胞发挥免疫调节和修复等功能。本文就稳态磁场对干细胞的生物效应、作用机制和潜在应用进行了综述。
Stem cells are multipotent cells characterized by self-renewal and multilineage differentiation. The stem cell therapy may represent a promising and effective approach in regenerative medicine.Accumulated evidence shows that static magnetic field facilitates recovery of bone injury and osteoporosis through regulating proliferation,migration,and differentiation of stem cells.However,due to the distinction of exposure devices, exposure conditions (magnetic field and exposure time) and cell types,static magnetic field is reported to induce different physiological effects on different stem cells.Here,we summarize recent progressions on biological effects of static magnetic field on stem cells,underlying mechanisms and potential applications of static magnetic field in clinic.
