摘要
随着项目建设的发展以及相关政策的出台,PPP项目自2014年起进入发展的第三个高潮。在PPP项目的推广过程中,入库项目不断增多,但是投资失控的现象也频频发生,致使政府支出责任增大,这与项目的造价管控有着密切关系。基于此,依据PPP项目的特点,对PPP的造价管控现状进行分析,并提出相应的对策,希望可以为我国PPP项目中工程造价的管理与控制提供参考建议。
With the development of project construction and introduction of relevant policies,PPP projects have entered the third climax of development since 2014. In the promotion process of PPP projects,warehousing projects keep increasing,but the phenomenon of investment out of control also happens frequently,leading to the increase of government expenditure responsibility,which is closely related to the project cost control. Based on it,according to the characteristics of PPP projects,analyzing the current situation of PPP cost control and puting forward corresponding countermeasures to provide reference suggestions for the management and control of project cost in PPP projects in China.
