摘要
个性化教育作为一种以人为本的教育,具有开放性、主体性、特色性与差异性等特征,其理论内涵与开放大学的办学理念和发展方向是紧密联系的,开放大学要推动个性化教育,其中的关键就是通过转变观念、适度引导、制度激励以及资源整合等途径,打造符合个性化教育需求的师资队伍,这样才能进一步提高开放大学的核心竞争力。
Individualized education is a kind of people-oriented education, which has the characteristics of openness, subjectivity, characteristics and difference. Its theoretical connotation is closely related to the idea of running open universities and its development direction. If Open Universities want to promote individualized education, the key is to build a team of teachers who meet the needs of individualized education through changing ideas, moderate guidance, institutional incentive and resource integration, so as to further improve the core competitiveness of Open Universities.
