摘要
针对萝卜黄曲条跳甲,采用浸叶法进行了32000IU/mg苏云金杆菌G033A可湿性粉剂的生物活性测定,并在湖北和云南两地开展了田间药效试验。试验结果表明,32000IU/mg苏云金杆菌G033A可湿性粉剂对黄曲条跳甲的LC50值为26.1451mg/L,LC90值为207.2838mg/L,表现较好的田间防治效果;试验处理条件下,湖北与云南两地的最高防效分别为85.6%和89.2%,且对萝卜均表现安全。该农药田间推荐制剂用量为2250~3000g/hm^2,施药间隔期为7~10d。
The bioactivity of 32 000 IU/mg Bacillus thuringiensis G033A wettable powder (WP) against Phyllotreta striolata Fabricius was determined by leaf dipping method, and the field efficacy test was carried out in Hubei and Yunnan. The results showed that the LC50 value and LC90 value of 32 000 IU/mg B. thuringiensis G033A WP against P. striolata were 26.145 1 and 207.283 8 mg/L, respectively. The field control effect of this insecticide agaist P. striolata was better than that of CK. Under the experimental treatment conditions, the highest control effect was 85.6% and 89.2% in Hubei and Yunnan respectively, and both of them were safe for radish. The recommended dosage of this insecticide in the field was 2 250-3 000 g/hm^2, and the application interval was 7-10 days.
