飞跨电容三电平逆变器空间矢量调制及电容电压平衡控制 被引量:3

摘要 论文阐述了飞跨电容三电平逆变器的空间矢量调制原理,并针对飞跨电容电压偏移问题提出了一种易于数字化实现的电容电压平衡控制方法,该方法继承目前广泛应用的三电平空间矢量调制策略,通过判断飞跨电容电压不平衡方向和负载电流的流向,采用砰砰滞环控制,调整冗余工作状态OA和OB的相对作用时间,从而实现飞跨电容电压的平衡和稳定。该方法简化冗余矢量的选择和时间计算,容易推广至多电平。仿真研究结果证实了本文提出的控制方案的正确有效性。 In this paper, the principle of space vector modulation for three-level flying capacitor inverters was described, and a method of controlling capacitor voltage balance was proposed which is easy to realize digitally. This method inherited the widely used three-level space vector modulation strategy and used bang-bang control to judge the unbalanced direction of flying capacitor voltage and the flow direction of load current. By adjusting the relative operating time of OA and OB in redundant working state, the flying capacitor voltage can be stabilized. This method simplifies the selection of redundant vectors and time calculation, and is easy to be extended to multi-level. The simulation results show that the proposed modulation algorithm is correct and effective.
