摘要
针对现有轮毂电机结构设计缺陷,存在电机性能不稳定的问题。提出一种新型轮毂电机,采用油内冷和改进转子铁心机械结构的方案,对该电机设计及稳定性进行了实验研究分析。设计结果大幅度提高了电机的效率和过载能力,有效地改善了电机运行环境,解决了汽车轮毂电机整体性能不稳定的问题,又提高了安全可靠性。
Aiming at the structural design defect of the existing hub motor, the motor performance is unstable. In this paper, a new type of hub motor was proposed, which adopted the scheme of cooling in oil and improving the mechanical structure of rotor core. The design results greatly improve the motor efficiency and overload capacity, effectively improve the motor operating environment, solve the problem of the overall performance of the motor hub instability, and improve the safety and reliability.
