摘要
从装配式建筑预制构件的深化设计出发,阐述基于BIM应用的深化设计方法、深化设计基础工作与协同校验目标,介绍深化设计文件的审核内容,梳理各参与方在构件深化中的责任,提出深化设计的管控与审核流程及方法,梳理审核流程中的管控重点、可施工性审查、碰撞复验、样板间搭设等内容,建立深化文件审查表设计及修改的反馈机制。
Starting from the deepening design of prefabricated assembly components, this paper expounds the deepening design method , deepening design element task and cooperative inspection objectives based on BIM application , and the audit content of the deepening design is introduced, the responsibilities of each participant in the component deepening are summarized, and then puts forward the process and method of deepening design management control and audit. The control points, constructability review content, collision re-inspection, sample room set up in the audit process is sorted out, and feedback mechanism for deepening design quality control is established.
