摘要
目的探讨赋能式健康教育对PICC置管乳腺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院肿瘤科2017年1月~2018年12月行PICC置管的122例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)和实验组(62例)。对照组使用传统的口头方式进行健康教育,实验组采用赋能式健康教育。采用一般自我效能量表、PICC自我管理能力量表、肿瘤患者生活质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)对两组的健康教育效果进行比较。结果干预后,实验组的自我效能、PICC自我管理能力及生活质量核心问卷的功能量表和整体生活质量量表得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赋能式健康教育能提高留置PICC乳腺癌患者的自我效能、自我管理能力和生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of empowerment health education on life quality of breast cancer patients with indwelling PICC. Methods A total of 122 breast cancer patients with indwelling PICC in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group (n=60) and the experimental group (n=62) according to randomized digital table method. The control group used traditional oral approach to health education, and the experimental group used empowerment health education. The general self-efficacy energy scale, PICC self-management ability scale, and cancer patient quality of life core questionnaire (QLQ-C30) were used to compare the health education effects. Results After the intervention, the scores of self-efficacy, PICC self-management ability and quality of life core questionnaire in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Empowered health education can improve the self-efficacy, self-management, and quality of life of breast cancer patients with indwelling PICC.
