摘要
目的了解黑龙江省佳木斯地区全人群梅毒感染状况,为制定梅毒防治措施提供依据。方法利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统相关数据,使用Excel 2003软件对数据进行整理,利用SPSS 20.0软件进行数据分析。结果 2013—2018年佳木斯地区全人群梅毒感染率呈现下降趋势,20~45岁年龄段人群梅毒感染占比最高,占总感染人数的55.77%,Ⅰ期梅毒平均感染率最高,隐性梅毒呈现上升趋势,胎传梅毒下降明显,女性平均感染率大于男性,男女性别比为1∶1.41,家务及待业人群占比最高,占总感染人数的37.05%。结论梅毒感染已不再局限特定群体。老年人、家务及待业等群体梅毒感染率在不断升高。应加强对女性及老年人群的健康宣传力度,强化针对农民、无业人员的健康行为引导,提高重点人群及大众自我防护意识,最终达到降低梅毒感染率的目的,按期实现《中国预防与控制梅毒规划(2010—2020年)》的目标。
OBJECTIVE To understand the status of syphilis infection in the whole population in jiamusi area,and to provide the basis for the formulation of syphilis prevention and treatment measures. METHODS Data of Chinese disease prevention and control information sys tem were collected with Excel 2003 Software and analyzed with SPSS 20.0 Software. RESULTS 2013-2018 kiamusze whole crowd syphi lis infection rate showed a trend of decline,20 to 45 years old ages syphilis infection took the largest proportion,accounting for 55.77% of the total number of infections,I period average syphilis infection rate was highest,recessive syphilis showed a trend of rise,fetal syphilis decreased significantly,women on average infection rate was greater than the male,male and female sex ratio was 1∶1.41, housework and unemployed population took the largest proportion,accounting for 37.05% of the total number of infections. CONCLUSION Syphilis infection was no longer limited to specific groups. Syphilis infection rate in the elderly,household and unemployed groups was rising. It needed to strengthen health publicity for women and the elderly,strengthen health behavior guidance for farmers and unem ployed people,improve the awareness of self-protection for key groups and the general public,and finally achieve the goal of reducing the infection rate of syphilis,and achieve the goal of China Plan for the Prevention and Control of Syphilis(2010-2020)on schedule.
