摘要
高校资助育人工作是国家实现教育公平的重要举措,是高校思想政治教育的重要环节。当前各高校过于追求制度规范,偏重经济资助,忽视贫困生的个体价值,导致人文关怀缺位,资助育人功能发挥程度受限,整体而言,高校贫困生资助工作仍有很大提升空间。将人文关怀融入高校资助工作是资助育人工作的本质要求,对“三全育人”的实现有着重要的现实意义。高校应将德育工作与资助工作相结合,正确处理好制度与人文关怀的关系,尊重贫困生的主体性,重视心理疏导,构建人文关怀的长效机制。
The subsidization for impoverished students of colleges is not only an important measure to realize education equity, but also a key link of ideological and political education. Nowdays universities pay much attention to institutional norm and financial aid, but ignore individual values,which consequently leads to the lack of humanism and the limitation of educating people. Therefore,The subsidization for impoverished students of collegs should be improved. It is the essential requirement to integrate humanism with subsidization for impoverished students for colleges. This plays an important role for the realization of “Three-full Education”. Universities should combine moral education with susidization, deal with the relationships between institution and humansim, respect the subjectivity of impoverished students, value psychological counseling, and construct the long-effect system of humanism.
