考虑峰谷电价的微电网日内调度方法

Intra-Day Scheduling Method for Wind and Light Storage Considering Peak-to-Valley Electricity Price

摘要 针对电网弃风严重的问题,考虑利用储能对各时段的负荷进行削峰填谷,并结合峰谷电价曲线,最大化实现储能收益.在日内调度中,通过对比预测数据与实际数据,形成多种调度策略,建立成本最小的数学模型.为了验证本文所提出策略的可行性,通过GAMS的CPLEX软件进行建模仿真,结果表明所提出的调度方法能够减小弃风以及提高储能收益. In view of the serious problem with abandoned wind in grids, energy storage is used to cut peaks to fill valleys for loads in each period. Moreover, energy storage revenue is maximized by using peak and valley electricity price curves. As for intraday scheduling, a variety of scheduling strategies are formed to establish a mathematical model with the lowest costs by comparing predicted data with actual data. In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed strategy, the simulation is carried out by GAMS CPLEX software. The results show that the proposed scheduling method can reduce the abandonment of wind and make profits from energy storage.
