摘要
安全经济调度(SED)注重在满足输电元件安全条件下,对一定负荷需求,力求以费用最小化来安排发电方式。然而,由于多种原因,SED会使输电能力的使用不均匀,产生与输电能力不协调的矛盾。对此矛盾,针对给定的负荷需求模式,研究SED与电网输电均匀性调度间的关系,分析不同调度方式下对输电能力使用的影响规律,得出输电能力及其分布应与调度方式统一、协调、折中地进行考虑,以提高系统抵御意外扰动的能力。
For a given load demand, security economic dispatch (SED) allocates the units generation to minimize the total production costs, including the security and load flow equation constraints. However, due to various reasons, SED may cause a conflict between the production cost and the homogeneousness of transmitting electricity. Focusing on the conflict, the relationship between SED and network homogeneousness of power system is studied in this paper. The variation of the network homogeneousness under different dispatch models is analyzed. It is concluded that dispatch mode, transfer capability and its distribution should be considered combining with unification, coordination and compromise, to improve system's ability of withstanding some unexpected accidents.
