摘要
随着教育持续深化改革,不断朝向世界发展,有必要完善师资队伍建设,建设一支高水平、高素质、现代化的队伍。本团队在“大类招生”背景下针对如何提升专业师资队伍力量提出方法。文章以提升生物技术专业复合人才培养水平为出发点,基于产教融合,针对本专业复合人才培养工作开展提出一些建议。
With the deepening reform of education and the trend of constantly facing the world,it is necessary to improve the construction of teachers,so that they become a high-level,high-quality and modernized team.In the context of 'enrollment',the team proposes methods to improve the strength of professional teachers.Based on the combination of production and education,this paper aims at the construction and exploration of the teacher team for the cultivation of the composite talents in the current biotechnology major.
