摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议的提出,酒店行业等泛旅游行业迎来了新的机遇和挑战。文章联系实际,结合国家第二批“现代学徒制”试点单位——广西工商职业技术学院酒店管理专业的发展方向,以现实意义为出发点,简要探析当下酒店管理专业人才培养的途径。
With the "One Belt and One Road" initiative,the hotel industry and other pan-tourism industry to meet the new opportunities and challenges.In this paper,based on the actual situation and the development direction of the hotel management major of Guangxi Vocational College of Technology and Business,the second batch of pilot units of "modern apprenticeship" in China,the author briefly explores and analyzes the current approaches to the cultivation of hotel management professionals fromthe perspective of practical significance.
