摘要
国际化人才培养是我国人才强国战略的重要内容和支撑。在借鉴国内外知名高校国际化人才培养先进理念的基础上,通过厘清高校国际化人才培养的基本意涵,并剖析高校国际化人才培养模式存在的现实问题,提出了制定科学的目标定位、打造立体的培养方式、出台有力的保障机制、建立有效的评价体系等"四位一体"的国际化人才培养模式。
Training of international talents is an important component of China’s talent power strategy,offering valuable support in a very particular way to this overarching strategic system.Applying advanced training concepts of some well-known domestic and foreign universities,this paper clarifies the basic notion of cultivating international talents,analyzes the existing problems in training international talents at colleges and universities,and puts forward a“four-in-one”international talents training model,which includes setting an accurate training goal,applying a multidimensional training method,establishing a powerful guarantee mechanism,and constructing a scientific evaluation system.
