摘要
目的分析布地奈德联合特布他林雾化辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果。方法选取我院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的96例支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例,对照组行常规治疗,观察组以布地奈德联合特布他林雾化辅助治疗,对比两组治疗有效率。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率较高,较对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合特布他林雾化治疗,能够在常规治疗的基础上提升小儿支原体肺炎疗效。
Objective Objective To analyze the effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol in the adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 96 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment. The observation group received budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol adjuvant treatment, and the treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol therapy can improve the curative effect of mycoplasma pneumonia in children on the basis of routine treatment.
