摘要
北京前门东区作为25片历史保护区之一,由于其残旧的街巷院落与周边现代化的城区景观形成了剧烈反差,如何再生这片土地已被提上日程。本文梳理了国内外对新城市主义等相关研究。通过新城市主义视角解读北京前门东区历史街区所存在的问题,进而对北京前门东区历史街区背景及文化特征研究。基于新城市主义理念上提出合理的保护与更新设计策略,并对历史街区的保护作初步的的探讨。
Beijing Qianmen East District,one of the 25 historic conservation areas,has been put on the agenda of how to regenerate the land due to the sharp contrast between its old street courtyards and the surrounding modem urban landscape.This paper analyses the domestic and foreign related researches on the new urbanism and so on.By unscrambling the Beijing Qianmen East District historical blocks existed questions with the new urbanism angle of view,this paper studies the backgrounds and the cultural characteristics of the historical blocks of Beijing Qianmen East District.Based on the concept of new urbanism,this paper oposes a reasonable design strategy of conservation and renewal,and makes a preliminary discussion on the protection of historic districts.
