摘要
历史街区景观保护性再利用旨在提高街区群众生活和环境质量,促进历史街区的经济发展,提升历史街区的综合影响力。历史街区景观再利用的前提在于保护历史街区景观,合理科学地改造和利用街区景观,整合历史街区的历史遗迹和文化资源,促使历史街区焕发新的生命力,有针对性地提升历史街区的可持续发展。
Protective reuse of historical blocks is aiming at improving local residents＇ life and their living environment, promoting local economy and increasing the integrated influencing power of these blocks. The reuse of historical blocks should be protective in the first place. By means of reasonab}e reconstruction, reuse of block sceneries and integration of local historical sites and cultural resources, this paper is trying to enable these blocks to glow the new vitality and step into a new track of sustainable development thereafter.
