摘要
目的观察超声引导下针对病变颈神经根针刀松解治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的临床疗效。方法将80例CSR患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组采用超声引导下颈神经根针刀松解治疗;对照组采用超声引导下颈神经根阻滞治疗;两组均密切配合护理措施。统计术前和术后第7天两组患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、颈椎活动范围,术后1个月进行临床疗效评定。结果两组治疗前后比较,VAS评分均明显改善,治疗组疼痛程度的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组颈椎活动度治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组愈显率、总有效率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论超声引导下颈神经根针刀松解治疗CSR,安全可靠,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided needle-knife release for cervical radiculopathy (CSR). Methods 80 cases of patients with CSR were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with ultrasound-guided needle-knife release of cervical nerve root;control group received ultrasound-guided cervical nerve root block;both groups were cooperated closely with nursing measures. Visual analogue scale (VAS),range of motion of cervical spine and one month after operation were evaluated. Results After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were significantly improved,the pain degree of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05),and the cervical motion degree of treatment group was significantly different from before treatment (P<0.05);there were significant differences in recovery rate and total effective rate between the two groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided needle-knife release of cervical nerve root is safe,reliable and effective in treatment of CSR,which is worthy of popularization and application.
