摘要 目的建立UV-VIS法测定湿热消颗粒中总黄酮含量的不确定度评价方法。方法以槲皮素为对照品,采用UV-VIS法测定湿热消颗粒中的总黄酮含量,并进行方法学验证,再分别对对照品溶液的配制、供试品溶液的配制、标准曲线的拟合以及回收率试验等因素引入不确定度进行评估,计算合成不确定度,最终给出扩展不确定度。结果含量测定结果在95%CI下的扩展不确定度为(0.0319±0.0075)mg/mg。结论建立的不确定度评价法可作为UV-VIS进行总物质含量测定的不确定分析。 Objective To establish a method of evaluating the uncertainty of UV-VIS for the determination of total flavonoids in Shire Xiao granules. Methods The UV-VIS method was used to determine the content of total flavonoids in Shire Xiao granules with quercetin as reference substance, and the methodology was verified. The uncertainty introduced based on the preparation of the control solution, the preparation of the test solution, the fitting of the standard curve and the recovery test was evaluated, the synthetic uncertainty was calculated, and the extended uncertainty was finally given. Results The uncertainty evaluation results showed that the extended uncertainty of the content determination results under the 95% CI was ( 0. 031 9 ± 0. 007 5) mg /mg. Conclusion The established uncertainty evaluation method can be used to make the uncertainty analysis of the determination of total substance content by UV-VIS.
