摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱法测定鸡肉中氯霉素残留量的不确定度方法,以提高检测结果的准确性。在建立不确定度评定的数学模型基础上,分析各不确定度来源、计算评估各不确定度分量并计算合成不确定度。当鸡肉中氯霉素残留量为0.49μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.18μg/kg(k=2,P=95%)。本评估模型中不确定度主要来源于氯霉素标准溶液的配置、标准曲线拟合及重复性操作过程等。
To establish uncertainty evaluation for the determination of chloramphenicol in chicken by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric(UPLC-MS/MS)method,thus obtaining accurate results.A mathematical model was firstly established and sources of uncertainty during the analysis process that might be introduced were analyzed and quantified.The expanded uncertainty was also calculated.When the chloramphenicol content in chicken was 0.49μg/kg,the expanded uncertainty of measurement result was 0.18μg/kg(k=2,P=95%).In this paper,the main source of measurement uncertainty are preparation of standard solution,standard curve fitting and repetitive operation.
