摘要 外泌体是由细胞向外界分泌的一种细胞外囊泡,其能抵抗外界的破坏而稳定存在于人体体液中,并参与细胞间的相互交流和信号转导。近年来,外泌体微RNA(miRNA)成为肾脏疾病的研究热点之一,其可作为多种肾脏疾病(原发性肾小球肾炎、糖尿病肾病和狼疮肾病等)诊断和预后的生物标志物。随着研究的不断深入,外泌体miRNA在肾脏疾病的发病机制和治疗方面也表现出潜在的研究价值。但外泌体miRNA在肾脏疾病的诊断和治疗方面仍存在很多不足,未来需进一步研究。 Exosomes are a type of extracellular vesicles secreted by cells to the outside world,which can resist the destruction of the outside world and are stable in human body fluid.It also participates in cell-to-cell communication and signal transduction.In recent years,exosomal microRNAs(miRNAs) have become one of the hotspots in the study of kidney disease,because it can be used as a biomarker for the diagnosis and prognosis of various kidney diseases(primary glomerulonephritis,diabetic nephropathy and lupus nephropathy).And with the deepening of the research,exosomal miRNAs have also shown potential research value in the pathogenesis and treatment of kidney diseases.However,there are still many deficiencies in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases with exosomal miRNAs,which need further study in the future.
