摘要
空间膜式水蒸发器(SWME)是一种消耗型散热装置,依靠特殊的膜结构实现相变工质气-液分离,同时带走气化潜热,可应用于多种压力环境。文章主要调研了NASA关于SWME的研究背景、样机研制历程及其开展的性能试验,分析了SWME的工作原理,通过对比其研制的几代原理样机的技术特点,总结出SWME在结构、性能方面的发展趋势。该调研与分析可为我国SWME的研究设计提供参考。
The Space Water Membrane Evaporator(SWME)is a kind of consumable heat rejection device that can be applied under various pressure conditions.With the special membrane structure,the gas-liquid phases of the working fluid are separated and the latent heat is taken away in the vaporization process.This paper reviews the studies of the SWME in NASA,including the related program background,the development of the prototype,and the series of performance tests.The working principle of the SWME is analyzed.Comparing with the technical characteristics of the principle prototypes of different generations,the development trend of the SWME in structure and performance is summarized,to provide a reference for the study and the design of the SWME in China.
