摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,意味着科学社会主义在21世纪的中国焕发出强大生机活力,在世界上高高举起了中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜。这是世界社会主义运动走向复兴的第一步。目前正是一个资本主义力量走向削弱,而社会主义力量走向壮大的时期。它表明世界历史的曲面运动正在转而向上,世界社会主义运动正在走出低潮。下一步进展取决于社会主义和资本主义的力量对比。我们必须清醒地意识到,中美贸易战不仅是中国社会主义和美国资本主义的对抗,而且是民族资本主义与世界社会主义的对抗。它内在地蕴含着民族资本主义与新自由主义的矛盾世界社会主义运动必须学会利用资本主义的这种内在矛盾来分化和瓦解资本的统治。与此同时,必须协调科学社会主义、民主社会主义和民族社会主义之间的关系,在利用新自由主义反对民族资本主义的同时,建立一个反对世界资本主义的统一战线。中国共产党理应担负起自己的共产主义和国际主义使命。
The entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era means that Scientific Socialism will glow with great vitality in China in the 21st century and hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the world. This is the first step towards the revival of the world socialist movement. At present, it is in a period when capitalist forces are weakening and socialist forces are growing. It shows that the tortuous evolution of world history is turning upward and the world socialist movement is not at low ebb any more. The next step depends on the balance of power between socialism and capitalism. We must clearly realize that the Sino-US trade war is not only the confrontation between Chinese socialism and American capitalism, but one between national capitalism and world socialism. It inherently contains the contradiction between national capitalism and neoliberalism. The world socialist movement must learn to use the inherent contradiction of capitalism to disintegrate the rule of capitalism. At the same time, we must coordinate the relationship among scientific socialism, democratic socialism and national socialism, and build a united front against world capitalism while using neoliberalism to oppose national capitalism. The Communist Party of China should undertake its mission of communism and internationalism.
