摘要 为复原古代指南车,对行星齿轮及差速齿轮原理进行研究。采用兰彻斯特指南车构型,通过3D打印和光刻技术制作指南车的外壳、齿轮及传动轴,实现了指南车的复原。通过分析误差,可知古代指南车具有精度不足等缺点。为减少误差,摒弃齿轮结构,采用电机及单片机控制,实现平面高精度定向。进一步分析指南车运动场景,对在三维曲面运动的指南车进行研究。为校正因三维运动而出现的指向误差,提出一种三维校核计算方法。通过对车轴运动角度的监测,实现曲面运动下的定向。校核后的指南车适用于大多数路况,在机械制造、国防军工等领域有较大应用前景。 To recover ancient Chinese south-pointing chariot,the principle of planetary gear trains and differential gear trains is studied.The structure of Lanchester south-pointing chariot is made of gear trains and body frame manufactured by 3D printer.By analyzing the error of chariot,it has the disadvantages such as low accuracy.In order to reduce the error and improve the gear structure,motor and microcomputer control are applied to realize high-precision orientation on the plane.By further scenario analysis of chariot movement,its movement condition on 3D surface can be known.To align error on the plane,a three dimensional checking calculation method is put forward.By monitoring the axle′s movement angle,south-pointing on the plane can be realized.The checked south-pointing chariot is suitable for most conditions,and has great market prospects in machinery manufacturing,national defense and other fields.
