摘要
针对海南建省以来高等教育层次结构与产业结构及其相关性进行实证研究,结果表明:产业结构经历了“Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅱ”(1988-1991年)、“Ⅲ、Ⅰ、Ⅱ”(1992-2009年)和“Ⅲ、Ⅱ、Ⅰ”阶段(2010-2017年)的演进过程;第一产业就业人口滞胀,第二产业具有扩大就业潜力,第三产业就业结构相对均衡;专本比、研本比对于三次产业均具有显著的影响力,其中专本比影响力为负向,研本比影响力为正向;本科生规模对三个产业的产值产生了显著的积极影响;专科生规模与研究生规模仅对第一产业产值构成显著影响,其中,专科生规模呈显著负相关,研究生规模呈显著正相关。建议:本科教育实施以本为本,院校重构;研究生教育实施规模扩张,联合培养;高职专科教育实施对接产业,对口就业。
This study makes an empirical analysis of the level structure of higher education and the three industrial structures and their relations since the establishment of Hainan Province in 1988. The results show that the industrial structure has undergone the stages of “Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅱ(1988-1991)”,“Ⅲ,Ⅰ,Ⅱ(1992-2009)”,“Ⅲ,Ⅱ,Ⅰ(2010-2017)”. The phenomenon of stagflation of the employed population exists in the primary industry, the secondary industry has a great potential to absorb the employed population, and the tertiary industry structure is balanced with the employment structure. Both the proportion of junior college students to undergraduate students and the proportion of postgraduates to undergraduates have a significant impact on the three industries. The former has a negative impact and the later has a positive impact. The scale of undergraduate students has a significant positive impact on the output value of the three industries. However, both the scale of junior college students and the scale of graduate students only have a significant impact on the output value of the primary industry. Besides, the size of junior college students is significantly negatively correlated, and the size of graduate students is significantly positively correlated. It is suggested to regard the undergraduate education as the core task of higher education development in Hainan, to establish a few new specialized and industry-specific undergraduate colleges, to expand the scale of postgraduate education and the effective mechanism of joint training of graduate students vigorously. It is also suggested that higher vocational education should connect with Hainan’s economic industry comprehensively and accurately, and counterpart employmet.
