摘要
目的探讨自体毛发移植术后并发症分析、处理和预防.方法回顾2018年1月-2018年12月完成的3200例自体毛发移植术患者,分析其术后并发症.结果术后毛囊炎25例,受区肿胀或瘀血15例,供区麻木或疼痛10例,受区或供区部分原生毛发再脱落8例,术后过敏5例,受区头皮部分坏死2例,受区前发际线部份毛发卷曲2例,受区毛发不长也不落2例,未发现供区疤痕或白点疤形成,无受区毛囊成活率低现象.并发症均经治疗处理后恢复.结论自体毛发移植术是风险较小、安全、效果较满意的术式,较常见的术后并发症是毛囊炎,受区肿胀或瘀血,供区麻木或疼痛等等.通过遵循无菌操作,精准植发等等可以减少或预防并发症的发生.
Objective To investigate the causes, treatments and prevention of complications after autologous hair transplantation. Methods A retrospective analysis of 3200 patients with autologous hair transplantation from January 2018 to December 2018 was performed to analyze postoperative complications. Results There were 25 cases of postoperative folliculitis, 15 cases of swelling or blood stasis in the recipient area, 10 cases of numbness or pain in the donor area, 8 cases of partial hair loss in the recipient area or donor area, 5 cases of postoperative allergy, 2 cases of partial necrosis of the recipient area, 2 cases of hair curled in the hairline of the frontal area, 2 cases of hair neither growing nor falling in the recipient area , no scars or white spots found in the donor area,and the survival rate of hair follicles in the area was not found low. Complications were restored after treatment. Conclusion Autologous hair transplantation is a less risky, safe and satisfactory method. The common postoperative complications are folliculitis, swelling or blood stasis in the transplanted area, numbness or pain in the donor area. By following aseptic procedures, precise hair transplantation, etc., complications can be reduced or prevented.
