摘要
现代职业教育理念对高校管理提出了新的要求。学生利益诉求引导是构建和谐校园的重要保障。本着以高校学生利益诉求引导机制的价值分析为切入点,在厘清高职院校学生利益诉求现状的基础上,着力构建现代职业教育视野下学生利益诉求引导机制,构筑有效服务系统。
The concept of modern vocational education puts forward new requirements for the management of colleges and universities.Guiding students'interest demands is an important guarantee for building a harmonious campus.Based on the value analysis of students'interest appeal guidance mechanism in colleges and universities,and on the basis of clarifying the current situation of students'interest appeal in higher vocational colleges,this paper constructs a guiding mechanism of students'interest appeal from the perspective of modern vocational education,including strengthening students'organizational function,generating a guiding mechanism of interest appeal education and constructing effective service system.
