摘要
网络的应用与普及为大学生政治参与提供了条件。作为具有相当规模的亚社会群体,大学生有着创造社会价值的巨大潜能,成为推进国家政治文明的重要力量。但是,自身知识技能与经验的不足、媒体平台的不规范、拥挤的政策议程以及参政机制设计的不完善导致大学生在政治参与过程中困难重重,采取有效措施来保障大学生政治参与的顺利进行意义重大。
The application and popularization of the internet provides the opportunity for college students to participate in politics. As a sizable sub-social group, college students have much undiscovered potential to create social value. As the constructers and successors of our country, they play an important role in promoting China's political civilization. But the inefficient skills and experience, non-standard media, crowded policy agenda and the imperfect formal system make college students have many difficulties in the process of political participation. So it's significant to take effective measures to guarantee college students' political participation.
