摘要
目的:探讨关联规则在中医药方剂专利挖掘中的应用,为中医药传统知识保护与技术挖掘提供可行性途径。方法:检索国家知识产权局数据库中治疗湿疹的专利,摘录药方组建数据库。对药物进行频次统计分析,建立Apriori模型,进行关联规则分析。结果:共得到药方497首、药物1203味,使用频次超过50次的药物有20种,得到关联配伍规则51则。清热药、解表药、利水渗湿药、补虚药使用频率较高,为治疗湿疹的主要药物,其中清热燥湿药中的苦参、黄柏常相须使用。结论:通过对高频药物药性及其关联规律的分析,得出在治疗湿疹时最常使用的配伍药物,符合湿疹治疗的用药特点,由此验证了关联规则分析在中医药方剂专利挖掘中的有效性,为中医药传统知识保护与技术挖掘提供了可行性途径。
Objective To study the application of association rules in mining patents on traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in order to provide the feasible means and technology for protecting and mining the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The patents on traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for eczema were retrieved from the database of State Intellectual Property Office.A database of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions was developed and an Apriori algorithm model was established by analyzing the frequency of prescribed traditional Chinese medicine.The association rules in different traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed.Results A total of 497 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and 1203 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved from the database of State Intellectual Property Office.Of the 1203 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,20 were prescribed for more than 50 times.Fifty-one association rules were detected from the 497 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.The most frequently prescribed traditional Chinese medicine for reducing fever,relieving exterior syndrome,removing dampness and promoting diuresis,and restoring Qi were the monarch traditional Chinese medicine prescribed for eczema.Flavescent sophora and phenodendron bark were often compatibly prescribed for reducing fever and eliminating dampness.Conclusion The most frequently prescribed compatible traditional Chinese medicine for eczema are found by analyzing the nature of frequently prescribed traditional Chinese medicine and their association rules,which has thus verified the efficacy of association rules in mining the patents on traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and provide the feasible means and technology for protecting and mining the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine.
