摘要
从文献计量和知识图谱可视化视角,以WebofScience数据库收录的2004—2017年公共服务供给方式领域核心文集为研究对象,运用CiteSpace软件绘制国外公共服务供给方式研究的知识图谱,从研究现状、研究热点及演化趋势三个方面展开详细分析。研究发现,美国、英国和澳大利亚在公共服务供给方式领域研究最为成熟;国外公共服务供给方式研究热点集中在供给方式的影响因素研究、模式总结研究、服务对象研究;研究演化趋势大致划分为两个时期:2004—2009年和2010—2017年,研究焦点从公共卫生服务领域转变到发展中国家的公共服务供给。
From the perspective of literature metrology and knowledge map visualization,taking the core anthology in the field of 2004-2017public service supply mode collected by the Web of Science Database as the research object,this article draws a knowledge map of foreign public service supply mode research by using CiteSpace software,analyzes from the current research status,research hotspot and the evolution trend in detail.The research finds that the researches of United States,Britain and Australia in the field of public service supply mode are the most mature.Foreign research hotspot on public service supply mode focuses on the researches of the influencing factors of supply mode,the summary of the mode and service object.The evolutionary trend of the study is roughly divided into two periods:2004-2009 and 2010-2017,the research focus shifts from public health services to public service supply in developing countries.
