摘要
标准化科学是一种高效、便捷、协调、优化的学科,利用标准化原理服务于社会公共服务领域,能有效地把重复性工作简捷流程化,合理利用公共资源,避免不必要的浪费。建立完善标准体系的相关标准,以标准为接口,协调政府、社会组织及其他机构的关系,解决各相关方的连接和配合的科学性,促进公共服务高效化和均等化,为服务性政府的创建提供一种有效途径。
Standardization science is an efficient,convenient,coordinated and optimized discipline.The principle of standardization can be used in the field of social public services to minimize repeated work and simplify procedures and promote rational use of public resources.This paper aims to establish and improve relevant standards system,and use standards to coordinate the relationship among government,social organizations and other institutions and make public services more efficient and equal.It provides an effective way for the establishment of service government.
