摘要
平头塔式起重机回转机构频繁地起、制动产生的冲击载荷容易引起整机结构的振动.为了探索有效控制这一振动的理论和方法,采用ANSYS软件建立了平头塔式起重机有限元模型,提取了整机结构在回转平面内的低阶振动模态,并在有限元模型上,模拟货物随起重臂回转的运动过程中起重臂臂头的振动响应.仿真结果表明:平头塔式起重机在回转运动过程中,产生的冲击载荷会激励整机结构在回转平面内的振动模态,产生的惯性力引起货物-起重臂结构垂直起重臂方向的振动,产生的离心力引起货物-起重臂结构沿着起重臂方向的振动,起重机整机结构的振动周期随货物质量的增加而变大,垂直于起重臂方向的振动幅值随货物质量的增加而减小,沿着起重臂方向的振动幅值随货物质量的增加而增大,整机结构的振动响应是由多个模态的振动响应叠加而成.
Frequently starting and stopping of the rotation mechanism of the flat head tower cranes is liable to cause vibration of the whole structure.In order to explore the theory and method to controlling the vibration effectively,a finite element model of the flat-head tower crane is set up by using ANSYS software.The low order vibration modes of the whole machine structure in the rotary plane are extracted and vibration response of the jib is simulated on the finite element model during rotating goods.The simulation results show that the vibration mode of the whole machine structure in the rotary plane is stimulate by the impact load during rotary motion,the inertia forces generated by the motion mechanisms stimulate the vibration in the rotational tangent plane,the centrifugal force stimulate the excites in the jib vertical plane,and the vibration period of the whole structure of the crane increase with the mass of the goods,the amplitude of vibration perpendicular to the direction of the jib decrease with the mass of the goods,and the amplitude of the vibration along the direction of the jib increase with the increase of the mass of the goods.Therefore the vibration response of the whole structure is superposition by the response of the multiple vibration modes.
