摘要
针对施工企业人力资源管理的现状进行逐一剖析,主要存在人才招聘模式单一员工培训相对缺乏、薪酬管理机制不健全、干部选拔和管理不完善等问题。针对这些问题提出构建科学的人才招聘机制、强化对人才培训和培养、建立科学的薪酬激励机制、提高干部队伍的业务素质的一些改进对策。
This paper will analyze the current situation of human resources management in construction enterprises. There are mainly problems such as the lack of single-employee training in the talent recruitment model, the unsound compensation management mechanism, the selection of cadres and the imperfect management. In response to these problems, it isproposed to build a scientific talent recruitment mechanism, s trengthen the training and cultivation of talents, establish a scientific salary incentive mechanism, and improve the professional quality of the cadre team.
