N-甲基氰胺基甲酸乙酯合成中相转移催化剂的使用

摘要 考察了苄基三乙基氯化铵等7种相转移催化剂对N-甲基氰胺基甲酸乙酯N-甲基化反应的影响.确立了在同等反应条件下苄基三甲基氯化铵催化活性最高,当n(单氰胺)∶n(苄基三甲基氯化铵)=1.00∶0.03时,N-甲基氰铵基甲酸乙酯N-甲基化反应的收率达93.3%. The catalytic activities of several common phase transfer catalysts in the synthesis of ethyl N-cyano-Nmethylcarbamate were compared. The catalytic activity of benzyltrimethylammonium chloride was the highest under the same reaction conditions. When the molar ratio of monocyanamide to benzyltrimethylammonium chloride was 1.00 ∶ 0.03, the yield of the reaction was the highest one with 93.3%.
