液质联用法测定环嗪酮水分散粒剂中氨基甲酸乙酯的含量 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]建立环嗪酮水分散粒剂中氨基甲酸乙酯的高效液相色谱-质谱联用分析方法。[方法]采用液质联用法,使用ZORBAX SB-C8分析柱,以乙腈和冰乙酸水溶液为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,采用选择离子监测法(SIM)检测目标物,外标法定量。[结果]该方法对氨基甲酸乙酯的检出限是6.29×10-2 mg/kg,线性范围是0.50~49.72 mg/L,相关系数为0.9990,相对标准偏差为6.5%,平均回收率为98.9%。[结论]该方法灵敏可靠、特异性强,适合于测定环嗪酮水分散粒剂中氨基甲酸乙酯的含量。 [Aims] The quantitative analysis of ethyl carbamate in hexazinone WG was studied by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. [Methods] The content of ethyl carbamate in hexazinone WG was quantitatively determined by HPLC-MS with the ZORBAX SB C8 column, acetonitrile and glacial acetic acid aqueous solution as eluent at the flow rate of 1 m L/min, and external method under selected ion monitoring. [Results] The limit of determination(LOD) of the method was 6.29×10-2mg/kg. The linear range ranged from 0.50 to 49.72 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9990. The relative standard deviation was 6.5%, and the average recovery was 98.9%.[Conclusions] The method is specific, sensitive, accurate,which is suitable for quantitative analysis of ethyl carbamate in hexazinone WG.
