摘要
以市政污泥为厌氧发酵底物,以厌氧消化污泥为接种物,以活性炭为载体,通过批次实验活性炭投加对厌氧消化性能的影响.运行数据表明,活性炭的投加能够有效提高厌氧消化系统的产甲烷潜力及有机物去除能力.在活性炭最佳投加量8g·L^-1运行条件下,系统累积甲烷产量、TSS去除率、TCOD去除率和多聚糖去除率分别为1452.5mL、(52.3±3.2)%、(54.7±1.2)%和(87.6±5.5)%.较空白对照组分别提高了89.7%、24.0%、69.9%和27.1%.
The effect on anaerobic digestion of municipal sludge was investigated by batch tests using activated carbon as carrier and anaerobic sludge as inoculum. The methane potential and organic matter removal efficiency during anaerobic digestion could be improved effectively by activated carbon addition. With optimal addition of 8 g·L^ -1 , methane potential, TSS removal efficiency, TCOD removal efficiency and polysaccharide removal efficiency were determined to be 1 452.5 mL,(52.3±3.2)%,(54.7±1.2)% and (87.6±5.5)%, respectively. Compared with control group, the abov ementioned indexes were increased by 89.7%, 24.0%, 69.9% and 27.1%, respectively.
