摘要
单向连续采煤机切割工艺由于存在待机时间较长的缺点,使得采煤切割时间过长、效率不高。因此,对当前连续采煤机截割工艺效率低的影响因素进行了详细研究,同时分析了改进方式,采用连续双向采煤机截割工艺,提升采煤效率,截割时间缩减至原来的一半。
Due to the shortcomings of long standby time, the one-way continuous miner cutting process makes the coal cutting time too long and the efficiency is not high. Therefore, the influencing factors of the current continuous shearer cutting process efficiency are studied in detail, and the improvement method is analyzed. The continuous two-way shearer cutting process is adopted to improve the coal mining efficiency and the cutting time is reduced to half.
