摘要
分析了以往连续采煤机截齿瞬时切屑厚度计算方法的不足,通过截齿运动轨迹的平面假设,建立、完善了瞬时切屑厚度数学模型,运用Matlab编写了相应的计算机模拟程序,得到了截齿瞬时切屑厚度与时间相互关系的曲线并进行了相应的分析。由于该算法考虑了连续采煤机的振动和摇臂摆速不均匀的影响,所以这种确定瞬时切屑厚度的算法更能准确的反映实际情况,更有实用价值,为连续采煤机滚筒瞬时载荷的精确模拟的奠定了基础。
Inadequate algorithm of the continuous miner's pick momentary cutting thickness is analyzed in the paper. The adequate mathematical model of calculate momentary cutting thickness is established and corresponding computer program is worked out with Matlab, through plane presume of pick trace. Related curve is obtained and analyzed between momentary cutting thick and cutting time. The algorithm of calculating momentary cutting thickness is more accurate to reflect the actual situation and is a base that accurately calculate momentary-loading of continuous miner drum ,Because of the vibration of continuous miner and the uneven vector of arm ranging were consider into the algorithm.
