摘要
通过青岛万宝压缩机有限公司压缩机积碳现象以及8MPa极限压力实验,研究了气缸盖螺钉力矩减小原因,分析了气缸盖螺钉松脱原理,实施了压缩机极限压力试验和500h加速寿命试验,提出了压缩机气缸盖螺钉返松优化设计,确立了气缸盖螺钉返松法兰面面积,并对气缸盖螺钉变形模拟分析,验证了气缸盖螺钉加大法兰面实验方案可行性。
Through the carbon deposition phenomenon of the compressor of Qingdao Wanbao Compressor Co., Ltd. and the 8MPa ultimate pressure test, the causes of the reduction of the screw torque of the cylinder head were studied, the principle of the looseness of the cylinder head screw was analyzed, and the ultimate pressure test of the compressor and the accelerated life test of 500h were implemented. The optimization design of the screw back screw of the cylinder head of the compressor is proposed. The area of the flange surface of the cylinder head screw is established, and the deformation analysis of the screw of the cylinder head is simulated. The feasibility of the experimental scheme of the cylinder head screw enlarged flange surface is verified.
