摘要
火箭级间段采用多个螺栓盘式连接,在高速飞行过程中,箭体受横向异常载荷的作用,导致连接螺栓相继失效。本文利用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS,对单个螺栓的失效进行数值模拟(包括无螺纹单螺栓应力模型和有螺纹单螺栓破坏模型),计算得到的失效破坏载荷与试验测定的破坏载荷进行对比。考虑火箭全箭飞行过程中遭受的横向异常载荷,对级间段连接螺栓的相继失效进行数值模拟。
Moving with high speed in the air, the rocket may suffer abnormal transverse external force, which results in the connector bolts step by step failure between the sections. The nonlinear finite element program ABAQUS is used for simulating the failure process for single bolt, including non-threaded single bolt stress model and threaded single bolt destruction model. And the simulation results of failure load are in good agreement with the test data. And the failure of connector bolts between the sections is also simulated.
