摘要
南水北调工程是我国的战略性工程,中线一期工程的通水可有效缓解受水区水资源紧张问题,但同时也对周边环境产生一定程度的影响。从地表径流补给、地下水变化、水质变化、生物多样性变化和局部气候效应等方面分析其对沿线生态环境的影响,提出工程水源地和沿线存在的生态问题很突出,主要包括:水源地的水土流失和沿线的区域水环境问题。
The South-to-North Water transfer Project is a strategic project in China.The water supply in the first phase of the mid-line project can effectively alleviate the water shortage in the water receiving area,but it also has a certain degree of impact on the surrounding environment.From the aspects of surface runoff recharge,groundwater change,water quality change, biodiversity change and local climate effect,the impact on the ecological environment along the route is analyzed.The ecological problems existing in the project water source area and along the line are prominent,which are main including the water and soil loss of the water source and water environmental problems along the area.
