摘要
电子健康档案是贯穿居民一生的关于生命健康活动的电子化记录,是居民健康管理、医疗诊断、临床治疗的重要依据。电子健康档案建设是实现健康中国战略的重要信息基石,文章分析了电子健康档案建设的必要性和存在的问题,就信息孤岛、标准缺位等问题进行了讨论,提出要加快出台相关法律法规和标准文件,注重复合人才的培养,利用当前出现的物联网、大数据、云计算等技术,加快电子健康档案的建设。
Electronic health records are the electronic records of life and health activities throughout the life of residents, and are the important basis for residents' health management, medical diagnosis and clinical treatment. The construction of electronic health archives is an important information cornerstone for realizing the strategy of healthy China. This paper analyses the necessity and existing problems of the construction of electronic health archives, discusses the problems of information islands and standard absence, and puts forward that we should speed up the promulgation of relevant laws, regulations and standard documents, pay attention to the cultivation of compound talents, and make use of the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and so on, to speed up the construction of electronic health records.
