摘要 云概念是近年来IT业在体系架构方面取得的最重大的研究进展,整个产业无处不在的进行着基于云的各种体系建立和重构。我国区域电子健康档案的发展经历了从信息孤岛到目前部分地区关于区域共享互通探索实践的过程,取得了一定的成绩,也存在着很大的问题。通过对区域电子健康档案的基本内容、数据形式分类、存储分布、存储和交换需求的详细分析,利用云架构的特点,对区域电子健康档案的存储和交换架构进行了重构,确立了重构目标,设计出了区域电子健康档案的存储云分布、区域电子健康档案云存储和交换的结构模型,在架构层面上,为区域电子健康档案共享提供指导性方案,最终目标是为了实现区域电子健康档案的可持续性共享。 The cloud concept is the most important research development for IT industry in the system structure, and the whole industry builds up and reconstructs various systems everywhere based on the cloud. Our regional electronic health file has been developed from the information isolated island to the regional sharing and mutual exploration in some regions at present, which has gained some achievements and also many problems exist. Through the detailed analysis of the basic contents, data form classification, storage and distribution, and storage and exchange demand, etc., for the regional electronic health file, it reconstructs the storage and exchange structure of regional electronic health tile by making use of the characteristics of cloud structure, sets up the reconstruction goal, and designs the file' s storage cloud distribution and file' s cloud storage and exchange structure model, moreover, in terms of structure, it provides the instructive scheme for sharing of regional electronic health file, so as to realize the sustainable sharing of the regional electronic health file.
